Lumio Private School is a new not-for-profit International School in Paphos, Cyprus.

We have acquired a beautiful site for our school and are working hard to renovate and transform the grounds into a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment for your child.

 

Lumio will open its doors in September 2024 for grades 1 to 9.

 
As a not-for-profit project, owned by Bright Era Education, any surplus revenue will be reinvested into the school and your child’s education.

Over the last twelve months our team has been working closely with the Ministry of Education of Cyprus. A significant number of our education programmes have already been approved, and we are on track to be fully licensed by September 2024.

 

Modern Facilities
Our campus is currently undergoing a major renovation and will feature modern classrooms, well-equipped science and IT labs, as well as dedicated spaces for the arts, sports, and an array of extracurricular activities. With a football pitch, athletic track, tennis court, outdoor amphitheatre and multiple playgrounds all on site – an adventure is always just around the corner.

Phase A (2024/25) will see the renovation of the primary school building and Phase B (2025/26) the secondary and outdoor facilities.  Our final Phase (2026/27) will be the construction of a nursery school.

 

 
International Curriculum
We intend to deliver the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme to meet the highest educational standards, ensuring your child receives a well-rounded and globally competitive education. We have already entered the candidacy phase as part of the IB licensing process.

 

 

Multilingual Environment
In our commitment to cultural diversity and holistic development we intend to build an exciting multilingual learning environment with an international teaching team. Lumio’s language of instruction is English, however we endeavour to cater to children from different linguistic backgrounds by providing classes to develop your child’s native language.
