Building on this success, Alina created an over €120-million multi-sport and tourism complex in Cyprus from idea conception to project development, which is now under construction. This ambitious project spans over 80,000 square meters and features residential apartments, state-of-the-art offices, residential apartments, an apart-hotel, and a multi-sport infrastructure that includes an International Tennis Academy and an Ice Arena, setting a new benchmark for the region.

 

 

Alina also founded a European children’s party wear brand that she expanded both online and offline, gaining significant popularity in the US and the Middle East and selling worldwide. In addition to her ventures, she automated the management of tourist apartments in Cyprus, providing a seamless and profitable passive income stream for property owners, including herself.
