Born and bred in Africa Helen is an award-winning global visionary, innovative gesy accredited clinical psychologist and drum and sacred sound therapist. As a Neuroscience FlowMojo™ Entrainment Researcher which evolved from her multiperspectivity, Helen became known for her ability to merge spirituality with science. Her innovative drum therapy practices have travelled 13 countries due to approach and multicultural acuity. As a Neuroscience Researcher Helen examined the construction of identity and published a book about self-deception in female leaders, a bestseller on Amazon. Working as a therapist, mentor and executive coach globally, speaker, trainer and founded a leadership platform Women of Truth in 2015. Starting under the Greek name Yinalthea in Cyprus, Helen staged 170 speakers in 5 conferences in Cyprus, Holland and the Integrative health conference in Dubai awarding 60 nominees from 25 countries for great vision and Health thought leadership.
Her interest in the political construction of identity developed as a student in university of Cape Town South African where she began investigating the rave subcultures and later her masters thesis on drag artists and their construction of identity.
Twenty five years later she published her research on identity contruction by women and self-deception with the remedy, in a Amazon bestsellar, The Biggest Lies Women Beleive and the Women of Truth. As a musician and specialised sacred sound and drum therapy specialist Helen is producing 13 collaborative sound activations with 12 world musicians under the working title of THE COPPER THREAD to honour her Island Cyprus known for copper supply in the ancient world. . These works signify the mystical convergence of sound as a conduit that activates and accelerates healing on multidimensional levels. As a symbol of integrative health practices that build neuroplasticity, they combine naad yoga with rhythm and psychological drivers to redirect the neural pathways that foster isolation, illness and depression.
