Alina Sveshnikova is a highly skilled clinical psychologist who specializes in working with individuals suffering from eating disorders. With extensive training and experience in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Focal psychodynamic therapy with adaptation for patients with eating disorders, Alina is able to provide effective and holistic treatment for her clients.
